Facilities and Security Manager

Experience: - • Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) Facilities Management or relevant qualification PSIRA Certification would be advantageous • At least 5 years’ experience in facilities management, security management, fleet Management and Occupational Health & Safety. Knowledge & Skills:- Sound knowledge of the applicable building and environmental legislation e.g. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and GIAMA Act; Sound knowledge of security legislation and regulations; Sound knowledge of contract management; Sound knowledge of supply chain management/procurement principles and processes; Sound knowledge of plumbing and electrical industry standards; Project management principles; Time management skills; Problem solving skills; Reporting skills; Relationship management skills; Negotiation skills; Risk management skills and Coordination skills Behavioural attributes/ Skills: - Reliable; Deadline driven; Attention to detail; Customer focused; Multi-tasking; Work under pressure NB: - • Preferred candidate is African Any Female & People with Disabilities in order to meet NRCS EE targets as per our EE plan • Suitable qualified candidates will be subjected to employment and criminal checks Closing Date: 09 August 2026
