Start free — we apply for you →REQUIREMENTS: - Strong Food & Beverage management experience - Proven operational management experience within hospitality - Experience managing and developing departmental heads and teams - Strong financial, budgeting and cost-control knowledge - Excellent guest relations and service standards - Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping operations - Experience with Meetings & Events advantageous - Ability to work flexibly and under pressure - Strong knowledge of health, safety and emergency procedures
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee Food & Beverage operations to maximise revenue and minimise costs - Manage and coordinate departmental heads and operational teams - Monitor departmental costs and take corrective action where required - Assist with business planning, budgets and revenue strategies - Oversee guest service and ensure high standards are maintained - Coordinate Meetings & Events and in-house activities - Work with the Executive Chef on menus, recipes, costing and F&B development - Monitor purchasing and ensure quality standards are maintained - Manage staff performance, training, development and employee relations - Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance requirements - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, health and safety policies - Attend to guest requests, enquiries and operational challenges - Complete Manager on Duty shifts as required - Assume responsibility for the overall operation in the absence of the General Manager
PACKAGE: - Salary: R20,000 per month - Accommodation provided - Incentives
