Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities. - Conduct cold calling, prospecting, networking and face-to-face client visits. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. - Identify client requirements and recommend suitable printing, signage and related solutions. - Prepare quotations, costings and proposals. - Follow up consistently on leads and quotations to drive conversions. - Negotiate and close new business. - Grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling. - Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline reporting.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years' external B2B sales experience. - Previous experience within printing, signage, litho and/or office automation is highly advantageous. - Proven track record of new business development and achieving sales targets. - Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting and closing skills. - Confident and professional when engaging business decision-makers. - Strong quotation, costing, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle. - Computer literate and comfortable working with CRM systems.
