Key Requirements Proven external sales experience within the construction industry Solid understanding of construction industry practices and supply chains Strong product knowledge of sealants, adhesives, bonding agents, and plastering agents Experience or exposure to the following sectors: Property Development Guttering Glass & Glazing Waterproofing Cold Rooms and Refrigeration Paint Contractors Woodworking and Carpentry Key Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Car Allowance : R3500 Petrol Allowance: R4500 Commission Extras: laptop, cell phone and tablet for business purposes, Provident fund.
