Detail: Key Responsibilities Gauteng-Wide Travel: Travel daily across the province to service and expand client network. Store Management: Visit retail hardware stores and stockists to optimize product displays, manage stock levels and train store staff. Applicator Engagement: Build relationships on-site with specialized coating applicators, contractors, and artisans. Creative Consultation: Use your aesthetic sense to help clients choose the right textures, finishes and colours for their specific design projects. Product Demonstrations: Conduct practical, hands-on demonstrations of their decorative cement and paint products. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2+ years of external field sales experience. Experience in paint, decorative finishes, hardware, or interior design is highly beneficial. Creative Flair: A natural passion for design, color coordination, textures or DIY projects to effectively pitch aesthetic products. Mobility: Must own a reliable, roadworthy vehicle and hold a valid South African driver's license for daily travel. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to switch communication styles effortlessly between a corporate retail buyer and a hands-on applicator on a construction site.
