- 35 years relevant experience in grain trading, agricultural commodities, chemical products, industrial materials, or a related industry
- Proven sales, business development, trading, or commercial relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of commodity markets, supply chains, and international trade
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Ability to identify market opportunities and respond to changing industry trends
- Fluent in English; Afrikaans proficiency advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
