Report key insights to the relevant line manager and propose actionable, evidence-based solutions. Implement approved value-adding initiatives that enhance the differentiation and competitiveness of the company’s services and products on a monthly basis or as required. Conduct comprehensive audits of product application and performance, evaluating all aspects of explosive and accessory products to identify areas for improvement Provide technical recommendations to correct deficiencies, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize overall effectiveness. Support the Key Accounts Manager in determining the optimal product mix to maximize product trading potential and increase market share. Ensure alignment of product strategy and customer solutions with industry best practices and specific customer needs.
