Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Engage with customers and identify their needs

✔ Promote and present products and services

✔ Generate new sales and achieve set targets

✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships

✔ Handle customer enquiries professionally

✔ Follow up with potential customers and leads

✔ Process sales accurately and efficiently

✔ Maintain accurate customer and sales records

✔ Work towards achieving and exceeding daily and monthly targets

✔ Contribute positively to team performance and sales growth

Desired Experience & Qualification

✔ Previous sales experience

✔ Confident communication and people skills

✔ Target driven and results oriented

✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Passion for sales and customer service

✔ Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4

✔ Valid South African ID

✔ Smartphone required
