About the Opportunity

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commission , ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to grow.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engaging with potential customers face-to-face
- Promoting and selling insurance products
- Building strong client relationships
- Hitting and exceeding daily/weekly targets
- Representing the brand professionally
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (NQF 4)
- South African ID
- Minimum 6–12 months sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Package & Remuneration
- Uncapped commission – your earnings depend on your performance
- Average earnings: R10,000 – R25,000+ per month (top performers earn more)
