We are seeking a professional, reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our specialist urology practice. Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical practice is essential, and applications from candidates without relevant medical reception experience will not be considered. The successful applicant should have experience with patient bookings, appointment scheduling and general medical administration, with familiarity with medical aid processes, authorisations and medical billing being advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational ability, good computer literacy, attention to detail, professionalism, compassion and strict respect for patient confidentiality are required. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a busy specialist practice and interact professionally with patients, families, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
