 WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a growing international healthcare services business to recruit a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director . This is a unique opportunity for an experienced support professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and becoming a trusted right-hand person within a growing business. 
 This role combines executive and personal assistant responsibilities with operational and administrative support for a UK-based healthcare operation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring both business and personal priorities are managed efficiently and professionally. 
 About the Role 
 As Executive Assistant to the Director, you will provide comprehensive support across executive administration, personal assistance, and healthcare operations coordination. You will work closely with the Director to manage schedules, communications, travel, and day-to-day priorities while also supporting the administration of the UK healthcare practice. 
 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently, and being relied upon to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. 
 Key Responsibilities 
 Executive & Personal Assistant Support 
 
 • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
 • Coordinate schedules and ensure priorities are managed effectively
 • Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks
 • Assist with personal errands and ad hoc personal assistant responsibilities
 • Coordinate school collections and family-related logistics when required
 • Act as a trusted support partner across both business and personal matters
 • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials as required
 • Assist with project coordination and follow-up actions
 
 Business & Operational Administration 
 
 • Coordinate and schedule appointments for the UK branch
 • Manage administrative processes and maintain accurate records
 • Respond professionally to client and patient enquiries via phone and email
 • Support operational administration and day-to-day business activities
 • Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes
 • Assist with workflow coordination and operational efficiencies
 • Support general office administration and reporting requirements
 
 What You'll Bring 
 
 • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
 • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
 • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
 • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
 • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
 • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
 • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
 • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport (essential)
 
 Nice to Have 
 
 • Experience within healthcare, medical administration, or audiology services
 • Experience supporting a business owner, director, or senior executive
 • Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, or healthcare administration software
 • Experience coordinating international operations or remote teams
 • Exposure to operational administration and business support functions
