We are seeking a fast-paced, proactive Executive Assistant to support our restaurant group's senior leadership team. This role bridges corporate strategy and daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will seamlessly handle traditional administrative tasks while managing vendor relations, licensing deadlines, and executive hospitality requests in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment
Duties & Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations Support
- Track vital compliance : Monitor and renew liquor licenses, health permits, and operating certificates for all locations.
- Manage vendor relations : Act as the point of contact for food suppliers, maintenance contractors, and property landlords.
- Compile performance data : Gather weekly and monthly sales, labor cost, and food cost reports for executive review.
Hospitality & Event Coordination
- VIP reservation management : Oversee high-profile bookings, tasting requests, and investor tables across the restaurant portfolio.
- Coordinate special events : Assist in planning private buyouts, wine dinners, media previews, and restaurant launch parties.
- Monitor brand reputation : Screen guest feedback, escalation emails, and public reviews for executive awareness.
Executive Administration
- Optimize dynamic calendars : Balance corporate meetings with on-site restaurant visits and culinary tastings.
- Manage expenses : Reconcile restaurant-related operational expenses, invoices, and executive corporate cards.
- Draft internal communications : Write memos, policy updates, and operational announcements for general managers and chefs
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience : 3+ years as an EA, with clear preference given to backgrounds in hospitality, F&B, or retail management .
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with restaurant terminology, food safety regulations, and inventory tracking systems.
- Tech Savviness : Proficiency with standard office software plus restaurant platforms (e.g., OpenTable/Resy, Toast POS, or HotSchedules).
- Flexibility : Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift between the office and the restaurant floor.
- Discretion : absolute confidentiality regarding menu developments, expansion plans, and financial performances
