- Ensure exam venues are prepared and compliant with regulations
- Supervise candidates during examinations with fairness and integrity
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold examination security
- Assist with administrative tasks attendance registers, scripts collection
- Report irregularities promptly to the Chief Invigilator
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum NSC/SC matric qualification
- Prior invigilator or administration experience advantageous
- Management or supervisory background advantageous for Senior Invigilator role
- South African citizenship
- Age between 23–65 years
- Must not have a child/ward writing the exams
