- To ensure that the administration of a deceased estate is completed efficiently, professionally and profitably, to meet financial and revenue targets using the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965 and other applicable legislation

Are you someone who can
- Independently manage end to end Deceased Estates Administration of complex estates in terms of the administration of estates act
- Manage escalations
- Analytical thinker and ability to utilise legal background/knowledge to problem solve complexities that arise in estate administration
- Understanding and a working knowledge of Business entities, Estate Duty, Capital gains and Income tax relating to deceased estates
- Excellent customer communications skills.
- Ability and understanding of risk and compliance features within financial fiduciary industry
You will be an ideal candidate if you
- LLB Degree essential
- Minimum of 3 years' experience administering deceased estate within a Fiduciary environment
