Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new business
- Secure mandates
- Market properties effectively
- Qualify clients and leads
- Conduct property viewings
- Manage negotiations
- Convert leads into transactions
- Manage transactions professionally
- Maintain an active database
- Deliver exceptional client service
Desired Experience & Qualification
Sales experience in an active sales environment is a requirement. Experience in real estate would be an advantage. Successful candidates will need to have Matric and will be required to have their own reliable transport, cell phone and laptop. Real estate qualifications may be obtained while gaining knowledge from already earning an income from real estate deals.

Remuneration
Very attractive commission structure. Rental agents also earn a steady monthly commission income from managed leases.
