Error Corrections Specialists

Our client is seeking an Error Corrections Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a finance or investment professional who enjoys investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with operational and investment teams to analyse errors, perform testing activities, and implement corrective actions that support business integrity and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve transaction and processing errors
• Perform root cause analysis and identify corrective actions
• Conduct testing on systems, processes, and controls
• Analyse cost implications and financial impacts of processing discrepancies
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolutions

Job Experience and Skills Required Education:

• BCom Degree, Finance Qualification, or Investment-related qualification Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the investments industry • LISP experience essential • Experience investigating financial or transactional discrepancies • Exposure to testing and process analysis • Costing exposure advantageous Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
