Start free — we apply for you →We have an amazing opportunity for an Equity Analyst at a Asset Management Firm based in Gauteng! The main purpose of this role is:
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research, financial modeling, and company valuations to generate actionable investment recommendations and support portfolio managers.
We require a candidate with
- BCom Honours degree in Finance, Investments, Economics, or Accounting (CA(SA) or progress towards CFA designation is highly advantageous)
- 3–5 years of experience in buy-side or sell-side equity research
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples), and financial statement analysis
- Proven track record of covering specific sectors and writing comprehensive research reports
