- A minimum of ABET.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work with heavy duty cleaning equipment.
- Ability to operate machinery lawnmowers and weed eaters.
- Ability and willingness to handle human fluids and excreta
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.
- Good Communication and customer care skills.
- Waste Management.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Cleaning inside and outside the facility
- Sluicing and adherence to infection prevention and control practices.
- Perform any other general duties as allocated and directed from time to time per operational needs of the facility.
