Enterprise Applications Manager

This position exists provide governance, coordination and techno-functional enablement across FA’s enterprise applications landscape, ensuring alignment between business processes, enterprise systems, integrations and digital strategy across Finance, HR and related business domains. The role supports continuous improvement through understanding of global business and process best practices, modern system capabilities, ERP developments and optimisation opportunities to support ongoing digital enablement and enterprise improvement. REQUIREMENTS Enterprise Applications Governance Coordinate governance across enterprise applications and ERP platforms. Support application standards, lifecycle management and operational alignment. Coordinate application roadmap and prioritisation activities. Support enterprise application optimisation initiatives. Business and Functional Enablement Support alignment between business processes and enterprise systems. Facilitate cross-functional engagement between business, I&T and service providers. Coordinate enhancement and optimisation initiatives. Support enterprise application adoption and enablement. Participate in techno-functional solution alignment activities. Coordinate and support the lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including roadmap alignment, upgrades, adoption and decommissioning activities. Coordinate with business owners and service providers to prioritise enhancements aligned to operational and strategic requirements. Vendor and Service Coordination Coordinate external ERP functional business partners and service providers. Support service delivery oversight and escalation coordination. Participate in governance and change forums. Support vendor alignment to enterprise standards and business objectives. Define and monitor SLAs/OLAs and operational KPIs (availability, response times, backlog, defect leakage) Integration, Data and Reporting Alignment Support alignment across integrations, reporting and enterprise data initiatives. Coordinate with integration, analytics and technical support capabilities. Support enterprise visibility and reporting enablement across applications. Operational and Technical Coordination Coordinate with ERP technical specialists and I&T infrastructure teams. Support operational continuity and application resilience. Coordinate ERP releases, deployments and environment alignment. Support technical escalation and operational support coordination. Facilitate collaboration between business, functional and technical stakeholders. Change and Quality Management Govern changes through defined change control, release planning, testing sign-off, and rollback planning. Ensure UAT readiness, stakeholder communications, release notes, and user enablement are executed consistently. Maintain environment standards (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), access controls, and configuration consistency. Manage integration, Data Quality & Reporting Enablement Lead, coach, and develop the enterprise applications team (performance, capability building, succession coverage). Establish strong stakeholder partnerships across business functions; run forums/steerco sessions for prioritisation. Create and maintain training/enablement plans and knowledge base documentation for end users and support staff. Deploy systems audits for data integrity on a continuous basis across the organisation. Financial Management Manage system/application budgets, forecasting, vendor spend tracking, and cost optimisation opportunities. Provide input into business cases and ROI for application enhancements and/or new tool selection.
