- Grade 12 Certificate plus a National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF LEVEL 6). Compulsory registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Technician (Pr. Technic) plus experience.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Technical investigation; surveying; design support; measurement; inspection; estimating; contract monitoring; technical reporting.
