Engineering Recruitment Consultant

Were looking for an experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and take ownership of a specialist engineering recruitment desk. This is more than filling vacancies. Were looking for someone who understands engineering, knows how to identify technical talent, and can build strong, long-term client and candidate relationships.

The Role: Youll manage the full recruitment cycle business development, client briefs, sourcing, candidate assessment, placement and aftercare.

Were Looking For

• 10+ years engineering recruitment experience • Strong understanding of technical and engineering recruitment • Proven business development and client relationship skills • An established engineering network • Experience across Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, EPC/EPCM or Consulting Engineering • Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills • Commercially driven with a proven track record of delivering placements • Someone who wants to build a market, not simply inherit a desk Why Join Us: An opportunity to play a key role in building a specialist engineering recruitment business, with the autonomy to develop your market, grow client relationships and build something with long-term potential.
