Roles and Responsibilities: Optimise plant equipment and unit operations through performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives. Participate in and lead Management of Change (MOC) processes, HAZOP studies, and Root Cause Analyses (RCA). Provide engineering support for new projects, including process evaluations, technical investigations, and project implementation. Maintain and update process engineering documentation, including P&IDs and SOPs.
