• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality standards • Oversee the design of HVAC, wet services, and fire protection systems • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders • Conduct site visits and support project implementation and commissioning Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical building services design and site experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and deliver projects to deadlines • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites Qualification:
• BEng, BSc, or BTech in Mechanical Engineering • Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) • Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects from concept through completion Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
