MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Diploma / Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Health, Human Resources Management or Relevant Qualification
- Computer Literacy
- 2- 3 Year
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Develop Employee Assistance Programmes in order to promote and enhance the personal, social, emotional and psychological well-being of staff within the approved policy
- Research and Report on Trends
- Develop Awareness and Education Campaigns
- Manage HIV/ AIDS Strategy
- Counsel Employees
- Renders an administration function with regards to work competency
