- To coordinate and implement wellness, engagement and participation initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, inclusion, belonging and positive employee experiences through sport, social cohesion and engagement activities and programmes.
- The role supports Parliament's sporting codes, wellness campaigns, recreational activities and community-building programmes that enhance the overall wellbeing of Members and Employees, in alignment with the Human Resources Shared Services Strategy.
Key Peformance Area
- Wellness Programme Development and Implementation
- Employee Engagement and Participation Coordination
- Provides Employee Assistance and Guidance in the Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle
- Employee Community Building and Participation
- Execute General Administrative Responsibilities
- Monitor and Oversee All Onsite Sports and Recreational Facilities Gyms, Physical Training Venues, etc. and Collaborative Partners
- Implement Human Capital Service Delivery Model
To Qualify, You Must Have
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Sports Science, Sports Management Science, Physical Science, Movement Science, or a Related Qualification NQF Level 7
- 3 years' experience in Coordinating and Implementing Sports and Recreation Codes and Engagement Programmes within a Medium-to-Large Institution or Company, enabling Overall Employee Wellbeing
