- To provide employee wellbeing coordination and support services that promote promote the health, wellbeing, resilience and workplace experience of Members and Employees in Parliament.
- The role delivers preventative wellbeing initiatives, provides first-line wellbeing guidance and advice, coordinates referrals and wellbeing case management activities, facilitates appropriate support interventions, and contributes to a healthy, inclusive and productive work environment in alignment with the Human Capital Shared Services Strategy.
Key Peformance Area
- Wellness Programme Development and Implementation
- Employee Wellness Assistance, Guidance, and Advice including First-Line Counselling
- Facilitation of Employee Assistance Support and Training
- Employee Wellbeing Support and Case Management
- Implementation of Comprehensive Occupational Health Services
- Employee Wellbeing Experience
- Execute General Administrative Responsibilities
- Implement Human Capital Service Delivery Model
To Qualify, You Must Have
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a Related Psychology Degree, and must be a Professionally Registered Counsellor
- Professional Registration with the SACSSP or HPCSA as a Counsellor
- 3 years' experience as an Occupational Social Worker, Employee Wellness Practitioner, or Counsellor within the Organisational Wellness Field
- Advantageous: Experience in Employee Wellbeing Programme Management, Mental Health, First Aid, and Employee Assistance Programmes
