Ensure accurate and timely pricing and renewal delivery. Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks. Work with data confidently and effectively. Perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines. Collaborate with insurers, intermediaries, and internal teams. Ensure client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse new business quotes and renewals for employee benefits schemes. Run quotes on external insurer platforms and perform data comparisons. Interpret scheme benefit structures and assess their impact on members. Review and apply existing policy conditions in relation to market alternatives. Manage both personal and shared email inboxes, ensuring timely responses. Maintain and update internal workflows, systems, and reporting tools. Complete quotes and renewals on internal systems preparing them for the clients. Perform data cleansing and detailed analysis to support accurate pricing. Communicate with intermediaries, insurers, and internal teams professionally and efficiently. Manage deadlines effectively and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment. Support additional administrative or client-related tasks outside of renewals when required. Consistently deliver accurate pricing and renewal analyses within deadlines.
