Matric, plus related tertiary qualification
3-5 years experience in the management of employee benefits within the road freight industry would be required for this role
management of employee benefits: pension / provident fund, death claims, disability claims, funeral cover claims, WCA / COID claims and medical aid queries and changes
Must have sound knowledge of VIP Premier standard reports
Good understanding of the BCEA
Knowledge of the SANLAM STeP portal would be a great advantage!
