MEng or BEng in Electronic Engineering with 4-10 years’ experience is required. The purpose of this role includes Product development, design, testing, and production; managing project scope before, during, and after delivery; and supporting existing products and clients. Detail: Electronic Application Engineer Paarl, Western Cape Minimum requirements: MEng or BEng in Electronic Engineering 4-10 years’ experience Any related hands-on experience in electronic design. Proto-typing, hardware verification, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting electronic circuits. Working knowledge of Altium Designer or similar CAD package. Proficient with MCU firmware development in C and C++, as well as GitLab for version control. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Implementing the electronic hardware design and development of modules. Capture requirements. Develop/Synthesize and propose solutions. Source components and develop prototypes. Industrialize/Commercialize designs for high volume production. Ensure designs are qualified and validated. Drafting test specifications. Documenting test results. Product life cycle support.
