Start free — we apply for you →We are seeking a technically strong Electrical Revit BIM Draughtsman to join an established Electrical Consulting Engineering practice. The successful candidate will contribute to multidisciplinary building services projects using Revit MEP and BIM workflows .
You will work closely with Electrical Engineers and Project Engineers to produce accurate, coordinated electrical models, drawings and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP .
- Prepare electrical construction drawings, layouts and documentation.
- Model lighting, small power, HV/LV distribution and cable containment.
- Model generator, UPS, earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Produce fire detection and related electrical layouts.
- Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural and mechanical disciplines.
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Produce schedules, legends and drawing sheets from Revit.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout project stages.
- Assist engineers with revisions, construction documentation and as-built drawings.
Minimum Requirements
