Are you a qualified Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineer looking for employment opportunities in the Netherlands?

We are recruiting skilled South African Engineers with experience in electrical maintenance, reliability engineering, industrial asset management, and continuous improvement within manufacturing and production environments.

This opportunity is aimed at engineering professionals with experience in industries such as FMCG, food production, packaging, processing plants, automotive manufacturing, heavy industry, mining, energy, chemical processing, paper & pulp, and other industrial sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the reliability, availability, and performance of electrical installations and production assets.

• Develop, coordinate, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

• Analyse equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical improvements.

• Work with electrical installations, industrial infrastructure, motors, drives, switchgear, control systems, instrumentation, and automation systems.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, technical documentation, maintenance plans, and engineering documentation.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and project teams within industrial environments.

• Support maintenance projects, shutdown activities, and engineering improvement initiatives where required.
