- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters advantageous)
- Pr Eng registration with ECSA highly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years focused on solar PV systems and grid connectivity
- Strong understanding of REIPPPP processes and public offtake project requirements
- Expertise in solar system design, grid integration , and energy storage solutions
- Proven leadership and project management experience, including cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
