They are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join their growing team. Detail: Responsibilities: Produce detailed electrical BIM models and Revit drawings for building services projects. Prepare Revit draughting for the electrical and electronic engineering design of large commercial, retail, industrial and multi-residential developments. Develop and coordinate models for MV/LV electrical installations, generators, UPS systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, lighting and small power. Produce BIM models for access control, CCTV, data networks and other electronic building services. Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with engineers and other building services disciplines. Ensure all drawings and models comply with project specifications, applicable standards and client requirements. Revise and update models throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to efficient project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation and BIM standards. Requirements: Skilled in Revit.
