Key Responsibilities

• Planning and strategy • Assist with the formulation of the franchises future direction and support tactical initiatives • Develop performance measures that support strategic direction • Implement strategic decision • Develop financial and tax strategies • Manage capital request and budgeting processes • Financial reporting and information management in accordance with IFRS • Monitor banking and working capital management • Develop, implement and maintain business and financial control systems • Effect management of tax • Prepare financial and statutory reports • Monthly management accounts • Business plans, budgeting, forecasts and annual budget • Monthly variance analysis • Cash balances and cash forecast • Tax and risk management • Tax compliance • Management of insurance and related matters • Management of BBBEE reporting and scorecard • Manage IT related matters • Manage legal compliance and engage with attorneys where required Requirements/Qualifications:

• B Com Honours in Accounting CA(SA)
• Minimum 5 years experience post articles - Motor industry experience would be advantageous
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Skill in examining and re-reengineering operations and procedures
• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Ability to communicate and interact at all levels, including with the factory and captive finance houses
• Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
• Ability to manage a team of accountants
• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
• Operations focused
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business modelling tools
