- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve product, pricing, order, delivery and returns queries.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, stock and customer records.
- Monitor online order processing, investigate discrepancies and escalate technical issues.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate with a minimum of 2 experience in e-commerce platforms. A relevant Diploma or Certificate will be advantageous.
- Experience with Magento, WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
