Job Title: E-commerce Administrator Start Date: 2026-08-11 - 2026-09-10 Vacancy Type: Permanent CPT000948 Sectors: Design & Printing Manufacturing Location: Western Cape , Southern Suburbs Salary: Brief: We are looking for a creative, hands-on E-Commerce Administrator to manage online platforms, drive digital projects, product merchandising and campaigns. Detail: Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification 2–4 years' experience in e-commerce, digital operations or project management Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and Google Analytics Strong project coordination, organisational and communication skills Experience in online merchandising, promotions and product setup Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Understanding of e-commerce SEO fundamentals Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily e-commerce operations across the website, Takealot, Amazon and other marketplaces Implement promotions, campaigns and website updates Maintain accurate product content, pricing, SKUs and imagery Coordinate e-commerce projects, timelines, stakeholders and suppliers Monitor the customer journey and resolve website and checkout issues Track and report on e-commerce performance Support marketing, creative, customer experience and sales project PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position.
