Job Purpose
A well-established national retail group is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Trading Manager to drive growth and profitability within its online retail business.
The successful candidate will manage inventory, pricing, promotions and supplier engagement while developing the online store as a key sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee online store performance and sales metrics.
Collaborate with buyers on product selection and promotions.
Negotiate supplier participation in online campaigns.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Ensure high-quality product listings and content management.
Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor online sales growth, profitability and promotional performance.
Key Performance Indicators
Online sales growth and profit margins.
Total online orders and average basket values.
Success of promotional initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in e-commerce management.
Experience in the Retail industry is a must
Strong retail and commercial acumen.
Experience in buying or merchandising.
Strong negotiation and digital marketing skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
