Start free — we apply for you →REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing Certifications in digital commerce, catalogue management, Google products (Analytics/Ads), SEO or content management systems would be an advantage REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 2–3 years' experience in retail, sales, product administration, catalogue management or a related commercial environment. Experience in an eCommerce environment or digital content, catalogue, merchandising or marketing administration, including promotional campaign coordination. Experience working with ERP systems, product master data or catalogue management processes. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information across digital platforms. Manage product placement, digital merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely product onboarding. Analyse performance metrics and recommend enhancements to drive commercial outcomes. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products, pricing, imagery, and content are accurate and customer-ready. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES Knowledge of retail products and consumer buying behaviour. Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel advantageous). Enterprise Resource Planning Product Data & Catalogue Management. Digital Content Management. Digital Merchandising Principles. Digital Marketing Fundamentals. Strong written communication and content editing skills. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/vendors.
