Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across various projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational development experience who is eager to build a career in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ year experience in software development, ideally with exposure to Microsoft technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or Microsoft Dataverse
Basic understanding of relational databases, APIs, and web services
Experience with C# and .NET development even at beginner level or higher

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in configuring, customizing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications Customer Engagement / Sales
Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, Power Automate, and Power Platform tools
Support senior developers with system upgrades, data migrations, and testing
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to user guides
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in Dynamics 365 environments
Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build Dynamics skills and certifications
