Role Purpose Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic FinTech initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to Agile delivery methodologies. The role requires a strong background in FinTech, digital financial services, and Agile project management, with the ability to navigate complex business and technology landscapes. Detail: Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent). Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, AgilePM, or equivalent is highly advantageous. Experience Minimum 7–10 years' Project Management experience delivering technology projects. Minimum 3–5 years' experience within the FinTech, Banking, Digital Payments, or Telecommunications industry. Proven experience delivering digital products and customer-facing technology solutions. Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced Agile delivery environments. Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
