Detail: This is a guest-facing, all-rounder role suited to someone who thrives in an intimate, high-touch hospitality setting. You'll be the calm, steady presence that keeps daily operations running smoothly while making every guest feel genuinely looked after. Core Criteria: Previous experience in a similar duty management or host role, ideally within boutique or luxury hospitality Strong understanding of stock control and basic administrative processes Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational capacity Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a natural warmth Reliable, responsible, and confident working independently Flexible and adaptable within a small, close-knit team Must reside within the Franschhoek or greater Cape Winelands area Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily front-of-house and hosting operations Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and personal arrival experience Conduct regular stock takes and manage ordering Support smooth day-to-day operational flow across departments Assist with general administrative duties Maintain five-star service standards throughout the guest journey Step in wherever needed as a hands-on support to the wider team On Offer: Salary: R20,000 to R25,000 per month Live-out position Staff transport provided from Franschhoek and Paarl Immediate start required: 17 or 24 August 2026 show more...
