Core Criteria
• Previous experience in a similar duty management or host role, ideally within boutique or luxury hospitality • Strong understanding of stock control and basic administrative processes • Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational capacity • Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a natural warmth • Reliable, responsible, and confident working independently • Flexible and adaptable within a small, close-knit team • Must reside within the Franschhoek or greater Cape Winelands area Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front-of-house and hosting operations • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and personal arrival experience • Conduct regular stock takes and manage ordering • Support smooth day-to-day operational flow across departments • Assist with general administrative duties • Maintain five-star service standards throughout the guest journey • Step in wherever needed as a hands-on support to the wider team On Offer:
- Salary: R20,000 to R25,000 per month
- Live-out position
- Staff transport provided from Franschhoek and Paarl
- Immediate start required: 17 or 24 August 2026
