About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Code 10 Driver to join our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Delivery: Transport goods efficiently and safely.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
Documentation: Manage delivery notes, waybills, and obtain proof of delivery (POD) signatures.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Driver’s Licence: Valid Code 10 driver's licence.
PDP: Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving experience with Code 10 vehicles.
Record: Clean driving record with no violations or suspensions. Clean criminal record.
Skills: Good geographical knowledge of the local area and strong communication skills.
Reliability: Sober habits, punctual, and physically fit to load/unload cargo when necessary.
