Driver / Warehouse General Worker Midrand, Gauteng About the Role: We are seeking a Driver / Warehouse General Worker to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting products, assisting with warehouse operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in driving and warehouse tasks, possess good communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect products as required
- Assist with order processing and preparation
- Pick, pack and check stock
- Assist with receiving and dispatching goods
- Handle delivery notes, invoices and other relevant paperwork
- Ensure products are loaded and transported safely
- Assist with general warehouse duties when not driving
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assist the team with ad hoc operational duties as required
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
Key Competencies
- Previous driving and/or warehouse experience will be advantageous
- Comfortable with physical warehouse duties
- Good basic administrative and paperwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willing to assist wherever required within the warehouse
