Position: Driver / Shop Assistant

We are seeking an honest, reliable, and hard-working Driver / Shop Assistant to join our team. This dual-responsibility role requires an individual with sober habits who can balance safe driving and logistics with retail front-shop duties. The ideal candidate is a cooperative team player, competent with basic computer applications, and willing to work flexible weekend schedules.

Core Responsibilities

1. Driving & Logistics

· Safe Transportation: Deliver customer orders and collect stock from suppliers efficiently and safely.

· Vehicle Care: Maintain the company vehicle in a clean condition and conduct routine daily safety checks.

2. Shop & Retail Support

· Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process customer transactions accurately using the digital POS terminal.

· Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist them with queries, and maintain a professional storefront.

· Stock Management: Unpack incoming stock, verify inventory items, and keep shelves neatly organized.

3. Administration & Teamwork

· Digital Tasks: Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update simple sheets, inventory records, or basic shop lists.

· Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues during peak hours and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

· Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid, unendorsed license with a clean driving record.

· Personal Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability (references will be verified).

· Sober Habits: Strict adherence to workplace safety; must exhibit sober habits at all times.

· Computer Literacy: Practical experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

· POS Experience: Prior experience or clear capability to operate Point of Sale software.

· Availability: Fully able and willing to work shifts over weekends.

· Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with a cooperative, helpful attitude.
