Please only apply if you have the below experience and a good working history> Understanding of handovers from Operation Departments> Ensuring the correct information has been handed over for Nightshift tracking> Ensuring all urgencies are attended to and noted> Ensuring all drivers are fully aware of their task at hand and time frames to be met> Ensuring all driver have the proper equipment to work eg. tolls and diesel> Ensuring all status reports are sent every two hours relaying the correct information> Securing of Transnet container Import, Export and Local container bookings> Posting screenshots if no bookings are available for containers> Attending to breakdowns and documenting all work done by each supplier> Ensuring breakdown register, job cards and mechanics jobs card is documented> Driver to sleep at designated truck stops only> Truck stops register to be filled timeously with accurate information> Understanding of emergencies and attending to them on time> Documenting all emergencies for future records> Checking on vehicle maintenance and ensuring all drivers are filling their checklists> Monitoring depot security both Jhb and Dbn> Independent and Punctual> Accountable and Adaptable> Well Spoken> Good Admin> Agile - think on your feet> Team PlayerEmail CV's to: customerservices@fcl-sa.co.za - only emails will be accepted with supporting documents attached
