Driver, Logistics & Compressor Operator

Pisces Divers is looking for a reliable, hands-on and responsible team member to join our dive centre.

This is a varied role that supports the daily operation of the dive centre, including compressor operations, dive logistics, vehicles, boat launching and general shop support .

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining the dive centre's compressor and cyliners. • Preparing and transporting dive equipment and/or divers for shore and boat dives. • Driving staff, equipment and customers as required for dive operations. • Assisting with boat towing, launching and recovery. • Assisting the skipper and dive team with daily dive operations. • Cleaning, maintaining and organising dive equipment, vehicles and operational areas. • Assisting with general maintenance and jobs around the dive centre. • Ensuring equipment, vehicles and operational areas are kept clean, safe and ready for use. • Assisting other staff wherever required during busy periods.

Requirements

• Valid Code 8 driver's licence. • Driving Experience: Min 2-3 years in a professional driving capacity • Professional Driving Permit(PrDP) • Language: Fluent English (Both written and spoken) • Compressor operating experience is preferred. • Comfortable working around boats, vehicles and dive equipment. • Mechanically minded and able to perform basic maintenance. • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work. • Reliable, punctual and organised. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good communication and customer-service skills. • Willing to work weekends, public holidays and according to the dive centre's operational schedule.

Training

• First 3 months (Training & Probation) • Candidates with limited or no previous experience will receive structured training during the initial 3-month period. Continued employment and progression to the full salary are subject to successfully meeting the requirements of the training and probation period.
