This 3-month fixed-term contract offers a hands-on mix of customer deliveries around Gauteng and practical inventory control from an Alrode warehouse. You’ll be joining a wholesale operation supplying 4x4 and vehicle accessories. Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Complete scheduled and ad hoc deliveries and collections
- Check loads, secure goods and manage PODs
- Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Check incoming stock and product codes
- Help keep stock organised, accurate and dispatch-ready
- Look after the company vehicle and complete daily checks
What you’ll need
- Valid Code 8/B driver’s licence; Code 10/C1 is a bonus
- PrDP where legally required
- 2+ years’ professional delivery/commercial driving experience
- 1+ year of warehouse, inventory or stock-control experience
- Good knowledge of Gauteng roads
- Basic Excel/computer skills
- Strong accuracy, reliability and a hands-on attitude
- Ability to handle bulky warehouse products safely
Experience in automotive accessories, aftermarket parts or wholesale distribution would be useful.
Salary The proposed salary for the role is R12k - R15k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills. Package & Remuneration
