- Grade 12 / N2, Diesel Mechanic Trade Test
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- 3 - 5 Years' minimum experience as a Drill Rig Mechanic
- Knowledge of ADT's, Excavators, Shovels, Lieber and Sunward Drills
- Valid Driver's licence (Code 10)
- The successful candidate will be required to go for a medical assessment.
GENERAL DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure planned Maintenance schedules
- Trouble shooting and fault finding
- Maintenance and repair of Drill Rigs
- Perform inspections on the machines
- Perform task as per SOP/STP
- Follow applicable working procedures
- Adhere to Safety rules & regulations
