Detail: Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate) Draughting Certificate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Advantageous) Proficiency in SolidWorks with experience in sheet metal design . Knowledge of furnace systems (Advantageous) Strong PC literacy and ability to work with various software tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Fleet and SHEQ regulations (Advantageous). Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks . Work with sheet metal (up to 10mm thickness) to develop high-quality designs. Ensure designs align with fluid dynamics principles for optimal efficiency. Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and manufacturing requirements. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize designs. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all design projects. Oversee fleet and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) requirements for the company. show more...
